Shaili Gupta

President · WBE-accredited principal

Shaili runs operations and client relationships at OST. She personally signs every proposal and SOW that leaves the building, owns vendor and partner contracts, and is the named point of contact on government RFPs and cross-state procurement responses.

Background in engineering plus digital marketing strategy. She holds the WBE-accredited principalship that lets OST respond to women-business-enterprise set-asides at federal, state, and county levels. Active GEO Practitioner, GA4 certified, and the named accessibility-oversight signatory on every WCAG 2.2 AA conformant build.

If a sales call escalates, it escalates to her. If a delivery decision needs a principal, she is one of the two who can give it. The other is Manish.

Manish Mittal

Chief Executive Officer · Founder

Manish founded OpenSource Technologies in 2012. Engineering background. He owns technical scope, AI architecture, security and compliance posture, and senior hiring. He is the designated MPO point of contact on federal RFPs and the architect on every AI engagement OST runs.

He personally architects the AI work and the platform-level decisions on every active engagement. The AI Assistant product is his reference implementation of the playbook OST recommends to clients. He sits on the board of The Dolan Fund as treasurer, contributing engineering hours and technical advisory.

If a technical question needs a principal, he is one of the two who can give it. The other is Shaili. The two principals are deliberately complementary: commercial / accessibility / RFP-side for Shaili, technical / AI / security-side for Manish.

Escalation paths.

What to do if delivery slips, a release is at risk, a security incident lands, or a contract dispute surfaces. We publish the path so you do not have to ask.

Delivery escalation.

Step 1: your account director (Jonathan) within 1 business day. Step 2: principal of record on the engagement (Shaili or Manish) within 1 business day if step 1 does not resolve. Step 3: both principals plus a written decision log within 3 business days.

Technical or security incident.

Step 1: delivery lead on call. Step 2: Manish Mittal as CEO and security signatory. Step 3: written incident report within 24 hours, post-mortem within 5 business days.

Contract or commercial dispute.

Step 1: Shaili Gupta as President. Step 2: written notice triggers the dispute clause in the MSA. Step 3: mediation per the contract terms.
