How much does a website cost?

What technology or platform should I build my website on?
OST is not bound by programming language. We will build a website in WordPress, Drupal, or any other language that best fits your requirements. We aim to provide the right technical solution and will advise accordingly during discovery.
How long does it take to build and launch a new website?
This is dependent on the number of pages and complexity. A basic informational site can be delivered in 1 to 2 months. Deeper, more complex platforms typically take 3 to 6 months.
Will my website be set up for SEO?
Every website we build is basic-SEO optimized, even if you don't choose our monthly retainer. Your content should include targeted keywords. Our digital marketing team can help define the right strategy and execute it post-launch.
Can I fix my old website instead of starting over?
Yes. OST can come in at any stage of development and help improve your existing website. Redesign, add custom features, or port your content to a new platform or design. See our migration service for the process.
Does OST offer NDAs for web development projects?
Yes. We sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement at the proposal stage, before any scope discussion. Your code, customer data, and roadmap stay between you, us, and the people on the engagement. No subcontractors without your written approval.
Does OST offer ongoing support and maintenance?
Yes. After a website goes live, OST provides 30 days of complimentary bug support. Beyond that period, clients can continue with a monthly retainer that includes the same senior team that built the platform.
Will I see what the site looks like before development begins?
Yes. We provide design mockups and prototypes before any production code is written. You can visualize your website's layout, functionality, and user experience and provide feedback before we start building.

Do I need to provide a design before starting?
No. OST provides full in-house design services. Provide your branding guidelines, or we can build the brand from scratch. If you have a design, we incorporate it. If you have a partial design, we extend it.

What about accessibility?

How do you set up conversion tracking?
