Faster time-to-market for founders and growth-stage companies. MVP development, software development for early-stage product validation, and the scope discipline that prevents the all-too-common "we ran out of budget before we found product-market fit" outcome. We build, you validate, then we scale.
Our expertise
Validate fast, scale when proven.
Startups die from running out of money before finding product-market fit. We help avoid that. Tight MVP scope, validated assumptions, real user data before scaling. Build for the validation, not for the imagined future.
01 · Pre-MVP validation
Discovery, user interviews, competitive analysis.
2-4 weeks of pre-build work that finds the parts of your idea that will actually work and the parts that will not. Saves months of engineering by killing bad assumptions early.
02 · MVP scoping & design
Smallest viable product, ruthlessly scoped.
Define the minimum that exercises the value proposition. We say no to features that do not earn their place. Polish the few interactions that will determine whether users come back.
03 · MVP build
8-16 week build with weekly check-ins.
Tight scope, frequent demos, no scope creep. We ship before the budget runs out. Production-ready quality on the surface that matters, just-good-enough on the rest.
04 · Validation & scale
Real user data informs the scaling decision.
After MVP launch, we help instrument the analytics, run user interviews, and analyze the results. Decision point: scale, pivot, or kill. We are honest about all three.
Capabilities
Product, design, engineering — one team.
For an MVP, you cannot afford to coordinate three separate vendors. Same team handles product, design, and engineering. One conversation, one decision-maker, one source of accountability.
Lean product strategy
Hypothesis-driven, kill bad ideas fast.
Hypothesis-driven product approach. Each MVP feature has an explicit hypothesis it tests. Ones that fail get cut. Ones that win get doubled-down on.
Pragmatic engineering
Stack chosen for speed and maintainability.
No premature optimization. No "build for a million users" when you do not have ten yet. Ship fast on a stack you can scale or rebuild later if needed.
Founder-friendly design
Pixel-perfect where it matters, rough elsewhere.
Polish the customer-facing surface that determines retention. Skip the polish on internal admin screens. Ship for the validation, not for the design awards.
Investor-ready demo
Functional product, not slideware.
Demos that actually work, even when you click on the parts that scare you. Investors prefer functional demos to perfect slides.
How we work
Four phases. Same team across all four.
The phases that apply to every engagement, not just startup & mvp. The team that scopes does the building, and the operating.
Phase 01 · 2–4 weeks
Discovery and scope.
Stakeholder interviews, technical review of existing systems, risk register, written scope with milestones and exit criteria.
Phase 02 · 3–12 months
Build and iterate.
Two-week sprints with working demos. Senior leads on every sprint review. Code reviewed, accessibility checked.
Phase 03 · 2–6 weeks
Cutover and stabilization.
Parallel run with rollback path. On-call coverage during the launch window. Stabilization continues until incident rate trends to zero.
Phase 04 · ongoing
Operate and evolve.
Multi-year retainer with the same team that built the product. Monthly check-ins, quarterly business reviews.
8 to 16 weeks from kickoff to launch, depending on scope. Pre-MVP discovery adds 2 to 4 weeks. We will tell you straight in scoping if your idea fits this window or needs more time.
What does an MVP cost?
Pilot scope: $25K-$40K. Standard MVP: $40K-$80K. Complex MVP with integrations: $80K-$150K. Use our cost calculator for a defensible bracket.
What if we run out of money mid-build?
We work in 4-week phases with explicit "continue or stop" decision points. Burn rate stays predictable. If runway changes, we right-size the scope rather than ship something incomplete.
Will the MVP scale, or do we have to rewrite it?
Some parts will scale. Others will need to be rewritten as you grow. We will tell you which is which during the build, so the rewrite is planned, not surprise. Better to ship and validate than to over-engineer for users you do not have yet.
Do you take equity?
No. We work on cash retainer. Equity arrangements complicate accountability and rarely serve either side. We are happy to be the engineering partner you trust, paid in cash.
